Welcome to Roma Girls

Roma Girls’ Secondary School admits learners into Grade 8 and Grade 10 based on merit, discipline, and commitment to academic excellence. As a Grant-Aided Catholic school, we uphold values of integrity, compassion, and service.

Admission is open to all girls regardless of background, provided they meet the academic and behavioural requirements.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Obtain Application Form

Forms are available at the school office or can be downloaded below.

2. Submit Required Documents

ECZ results, NRC/Guardian ID, Birth Certificate, Passport Photos.

3. Entrance Evaluation

Academic screening and behavioural assessment.

4. Interview

Parent/Guardian interview with the Admissions Office.

5. Acceptance

Successful applicants receive an official acceptance letter.

6. Registration

Payment of fees and collection of school requirements.

Fees Structure

2026 Academic Year

Tuition Fees	3,500	Per term, includes academic instruction and assessments.
PTA Fees	300	Parent-Teacher Association development fund.
Maintenance Fee	250	Campus upkeep, sanitation, and repairs.
ICT Levy	200	Digital learning tools, computer lab maintenance.
Sports & Activities	150	Sports equipment, clubs, cultural events.
Exam Fees (ECZ)	As per ECZ	Paid directly to Examination Council of Zambia.
